Attire:

• Beret with hairnet
• Polished boots with croc socks
• Ironed uniform with belt(belt buckle), ranks, badges.
• Specs hook

Bring along your 500ml filled water bottles. Drink up regularly! It's going to be really strenuous tomorrow.

Do note that training is compulsory for all including first aiders.
