Dear people involved with the meeting with the autralian delegates @ HQ,
here are the following details to take note of.

Report to HQ: By 5pm sharp (Your are excused to leave training early)
Your will be going down together with Miss Lim and Yu Ping Ma'am.

Do remember to bring your clothes and if possible, try to bring a cultural game
too. However, if you have no cultural game, any game will do.
It is to play with the Australians.

Please seek you seniors if you have anything you are unsure about.

There is training tomorrow and Yu Ping Ma'am will be coming down.
Do remind your batchmates to come as well and fall in punctually.
Remember to greet your seniors and the teachers in the afternoon
if you do not want any punishment of squads.
